Who we are

YANGYUN MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a limited company registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), is the publisher of Sunday Letter.

We operate as an independent financial newsletter publisher under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 §202(a)(11)(D) Publisher Exclusion. We do not hold an investment advisory / asset management / brokerage license; we do not manage client money; we do not accept fund custody; we do not charge advisory fees; and we do not take a cut of client returns.

What we do

One $20/month subscription = a weekly letter + monthly portfolio PDF + market weather

Every Sunday at 10am (UTC+8) — one letter: ≤ 500 words + one chart; market translation + the principal’s position changes this week
Last Sunday of every month — 1-2 page portfolio PDF: the principal’s portfolio changes for the month + a “why” line for each move
timewin.co homepage — live market weather: three readings (valuation / liquidity / sentiment)

What we do not do

Predict short-term moves
Personalized advice (no “how should I allocate $500k”)
Promise returns, sell get-rich-quick narratives, or sell panic
Delete archives (errors stay as errata, permanently)
Actively market to residents of mainland China
